Problems with your download
If your download does not arrive, is corrupted, or does not match the product description, please contact us at rewrittenbyfaith@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will make it right — with a replacement file or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for the situations above. If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 5 business days.
